  If you have a question about an existing order, please email us at support@avelisse.co.uk with your order number in
  the subject line. We will look into this and respond within one business day.

  For returns and refunds
  Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Email us at support@avelisse.co.uk to initiate a return and

  For tracking and delivery
  All orders are dispatched with a tracking number and tracking link sent to your email address. If you have not
  received your tracking information within 48 hours of your order confirmation, please contact us and we will
  investigate with the courier on your behalf.
