How long does delivery take?

We usually dispatch orders within 3 business days. UK delivery usually takes 3-7 working days after dispatch. Orders to other countries usually take 7-21 working days. Tracking is provided after dispatch.

Is delivery free?

Yes, standard tracked delivery to the United Kingdom and Ireland is free on every order. Costs for other countries are shown at checkout before you pay.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Standard delivery is free on every order, to the United Kingdom, Ireland and all other countries we deliver to — there is no international shipping fee.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 30-day returns window for eligible items after delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Some hygiene, opened, used or cosmetic/beauty products may be non-returnable where legally allowed. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

How do I return an item?
