Delivery & Shipping
How long does delivery take?
We usually dispatch orders within 3 business days. UK delivery usually takes 3-7 working days after dispatch. If an item is dispatched from an international warehouse, delivery may take 7-21 working days. Tracking is provided after dispatch.
Is delivery free?
We offer tracked delivery on orders across the UK. Any applicable delivery costs are shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently deliver to the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day returns window for eligible items after delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Some hygiene, opened, used or cosmetic/beauty products may be non-returnable where legally allowed. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
How do I return an item?

Avelisse is an independent online beauty retailer. Product brand names are used only to identify the products sold. Avelisse is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any product brand unless clearly stated.
