Refund & Return Policy

Overview

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.


Your Right to Cancel

UK customers have statutory cancellation rights where applicable. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you generally have the right to cancel an online order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason, except for items that are excluded by law (see Non-Returnable Items below). In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible items.


Standard Return Window

We accept returns of eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • In their original condition - unused, unaltered, and with original packaging where possible
  • Not damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and health protection reasons, certain products may be non-returnable once opened, unsealed or used, where this is permitted by law. This may include:

  • Opened, unsealed or used cosmetic and beauty products
  • Intimate or personal hygiene products
  • Any product that comes into contact with the skin, lips or eyes once opened

This exclusion does not apply where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described. Your statutory rights are not affected.


Damaged, Wrong or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or not as described, please contact us at support@avelisse.co.uk within a reasonable time. We will arrange a replacement, repair or refund as appropriate, and we will cover the cost of return or collection in these cases.


How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@avelisse.co.uk with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. We will respond with return instructions and the return address.
  3. Pack your item securely and send it to the address provided.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as this may delay your refund.


Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit on their way back to us.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, and your refund has been approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow a reasonable number of business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
